ValueTank was established to provide consulting services and IT solutions supporting the most important areas of business management, tailored to the needs of each client. The protection of personal data is an important part of our operating strategy. Below we present the method of their use, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“GDPR”). For your convenience, we have divided the information into sections regarding: the data controller, their types and recipients, the purposes of processing and the right to withdraw consent.

 

PERSONAL DATA ADMINISTRATOR

The administrator of your data is ValueTank Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Al. Jerozolimskie 134, 02-305 Warszawa, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs under the KRS number 0000247491, NIP 5252350854, REGON: 140343912. In matters related to the processing and protection of personal data, a contact point has been appointed in the form of an e-mail address: info@valuetank.com in the indicated cases is also possible in the form of traditional correspondence to the address of the Company’s registered office with the note: “Personal Data Protection” and in person at the Company’s registered office.

 

TYPE AND RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data we are talking about is primarily: name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address, and in the case of companies also the entry number in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity or the entry number in the National Court Register, address of the registered office , mailing address, NIP and REGON numbers. This data comes directly from you or we have obtained it from our clients, where you are an employee or associate. We received them in connection with establishing and maintaining mutual business relations. The recipients of the personal data we hold will be our employees and associates, as well as entities that help us provide services at the highest level. These may include entities providing telecommunications, courier, postal, marketing, auditing, legal or IT services.

 

PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The personal data provided by you (or received from our contractors) will be processed for the following purposes:

 

  • conclusion of the contract and implementation of the provisions contained therein, until the formal completion of the contract and its settlement,
  • direct marketing during the term of the contract (until its termination or objection), as well as in order to establish new and maintain existing business relationships, by providing information about the current offer, promotions, services, as well as to send the newsletter,
  • financial and accounting – processing is necessary to comply with the provisions of the tax law and will be performed for the period specified in the relevant provisions of law,
  • establishing, pursuing and defending claims – for the period until the claims expire under the Agreement,
  • creating statistics, reports and development planning for the internal needs of ValueTank, for the period necessary to implement the above.

 

RIGHT TO DELETE PERSONAL DATA

You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, as well as the right to transfer data, the right to object (e.g. if the data is processed on the basis of your consent or for marketing purposes or sharing your data). You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. In order to withdraw your consent, you can contact us personally or by sending an e-mail to: info@valuetank.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

 

Providing your personal data is fully voluntary, however, failure to provide it will result in the inability to fully perform the obligations assumed by us under the contracts concluded with you.
